The XPI at https://addons.thunderbird.net/thunderbird/addon/lightning/ is again pretty old and for TB version 60.0. The latest is also such old and for TB version 60.5, but currently we have TB version 60.8, see: https://addons.thunderbird.net/de/thunderbird/addon/lightning/versions/
Nobody needs *all* language packs on his system.
