Public bug reported:
In current bionic icedtea-8-plugin, which by name and version belongs to
openjdk-8, depends on icedtea-netx, which depends on default-jre, which
depends on openjdk-11-jre.
So it is currently not possible to install icedtea-8-plugin without
openjdk-11-jre.
