Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: vlc

I opened a video from veoh (with the adobe flash player installed, the videos
are downloaded onto the /tmp/ folder), it seems like they are using a
resolution of 540x321 and that crashes vlc.
Tried again, using ffmpeg to turn it to an avi: "ffmpeg -i Flash59gKPN out.avi"
. Failed under vlc.
Tried again, using ffmpeg, but resizing it to 540x320 "ffmpeg -i Flash59gKPN -s
540x320 out.avi". Success.

Seems like videos of odd size might cause crash.

** Affects: vlc (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
