this functionality seems to be limited to users's default Calendar.
If user does NOT want to share their main calendar, but has, in my use-case 
created an extra calendar for team use and shared that, I have not managed to 
make it visible in Evolution unfortunately :(

I believe the folder list to subscribe to is static in ews? as when i
try to write the name of the folder (or even take the IDs from the
sharing_metadata.xml that Outlook sends when user manually shares the
calendar) i get the error "Id is malformed"
