ExecStart of the service greps for "ListenDatagram", but the format of
output is actually

Listen=127.0.2.1:53 (Stream)
Listen=127.0.2.1:53 (Datagram)
`
Add "-p Listen" to `systemctl show` and then grep for Datagram. Or just
grep twice for both listen and datagram
