The shared library libsmc-preload.so (shipped with smc-tools) is
installed in the wrong place:

ERROR: ld.so: object 'libsmc-preload.so' from LD_PRELOAD cannot be preloaded
(cannot open shared object file): ignored.

It is currently packaged to install to /usr/lib64/libsmc-preload.so,
which is not a search path for shared libraries. It should rather
install to /usr/lib/s390x-linux-gnu/ instead.
