Steve: That's more of a support question (https://ubuntu.com/support -
see also the references to community support to the bottom). However,
other Ubuntu users wondering about this same question may end up on this
bug report, so here's a quick reply:

Please read up on the support policy which applies to all supported (i.e. non
EOL) Ubuntu releases here:
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/SecurityTeam/FAQ#Official_Support
"What software is officially supported by the Ubuntu Security team?"

In other words, the "Supported:" field in Release files is no longer
used.

(Unless this is factually wrong (I'm just another Ubuntu user), let's
please not discuss this policy here - this bug is just about the textual
representation of the support policy by the "ubuntu-support-status"
software).
