* sync-i965-pciids.diff, dix-ensure-work-queues-are-cleared-on-reset.diff:
Dropped, upstream.
* fix-abi-for-1.20.diff: Fix ABI after merging GLX vendor selection.
* dri2-use-va-gl-for-intel.diff: Use va_gl as VDPAU driver for Intel
GPUs.
