Ubuntu 19.04 has Gpaste 3.30.2, which is compatible with Gnome 3.30.
Gpaste (https://github.com/Keruspe/GPaste/releases) needs to be updated
to version 3.32.* to work with Gnome 3.32, which is in Ubuntu 19.04.
