Please remove src and binaries from Eoan
plasma active was a completely kde4 based interface targeted to tablets
and other similar devices. It is now not 'active' and has been
superseded by other 'plasma-mobile' efforts based on Qt5/kf5.
The artwork package here is now completely defunct, and blocks KDE4
removal.
