better. Could you please look at /var/crash/ if you have a .crash file related
to this , open it and follow the instructions to create an apport report, if
you don't have such file please try to obtain a backtrace following the
instructions at [WWW] http://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingProgramCrash and upload
the backtrace (as an attachment) to the bug report. This will greatly help us
in tracking down your problem.
In case you have the file, and successfully report it using apport,
please comment it here, so we can close this report and move on to the
other one.
