This happens on my system as well.

It seems as though it happens when I try to switch from wired to
wireless or vice versa. If I don't try and switch, however, the dialog
box works fine.

There's no application not responding, but it doesn't repaint the
contents of the box, and it takes about 30 seconds to 1 minute to get
the contents back so that I can uncheck my interfaces and then re-check
them so that I can get my internet back.

Also because I have roaming mode enabled, I can't simply do a sudo
ifdown/ifup bc the interfaces are unknown.

This did not happen in feisty, and I did a fresh install rather than an
upgrade when I installed Gutsy.

If you need me to do any other testing let me know and I'll do is asap
for you.

Cheers,
Stubbs
