As regards the autopkgtest regression reports in comment #75 and #76: colord has passed autopkgtest for bionic/armhf several times, the latest at 2019-08-23.
Likewise, libkf5sane has passed autopkgtest for disco/armhf several times, the latest at 2019-07-01. Seems like simply re-running the tests might help.
