*** This bug is a duplicate of bug 1611737 ***
https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1611737
Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better.
The message
This was likely caused by:
* Unofficial software packages not provided by Ubuntu Please use the tool
'ppa-purge' from the ppa-purge package to remove software from a Launchpad PPA
and try the upgrade again.
I see evidence of additions that may have come from 3rd party sources
such as https://openschemas.github.io/dockerfiles (if not from there,
they had details about the package which conflicted with the Ubuntu
sourced packages). Sources such as http://packages.ros.org/ros/ubuntu/
are 3rd party and thus fall in the same state as PPA's.
I've marked this as incomplete because unofficial sources are still there. If
you believe I am in error, please return this the status to "New" and leave a
comment as to why, but currently unofficial packages are still present.
** Changed in: ubuntu-release-upgrader (Ubuntu)
Status: New => Incomplete
