A new kernel panic happened when upgrading to Ubuntu 19.04, any idea
why? The workaround is to select an older Linux kernel version like
4.18.0-17-generic.

** Summary changed:

- kernel panic on linux-image 4.18.0-15-generic
+ kernel panic at boot time
