Sorry, you're asking to move ~/test/test to ~/test (ie. overwrite the
directory entry with a file).
That doesn't make sense in a POSIX environment, as the directory ~/test
already exists in your $HOME directory; it's a directory. The error is
valid; as you cannot have a file & directory of the same name (in POSIX
terminology; a directory itself IS a file)
As such I'm marking this bug as invalid, if however you believe I'm in
error, please provide reasoning and evidence in a comment and return it
to "New". The package is also more likely BASH as it's BASH logic (ie.
SHELL rules) you have issues with.
