I ensured that in a system I used virt-manager in I can autoremove

  libpython-stdlib libpython2-stdlib libpython2.7-minimal libpython2.7-stdlib
python
  python-asn1crypto python-certifi python-cffi-backend python-chardet
python-cryptography
  python-enum34 python-idna python-ipaddress python-minimal python-openssl
  python-pkg-resources python-requests python-six python-urllib3 python2
python2-minimal
  python2.7 python2.7-minimal

And virt-manager still worked.
The MP is reviewed, lets upload it.
We can drop it once Debian does an upload.
