Public bug reported:
I have Package: linux-image-5.3.0-10-generic, Version: 5.3.0-10.11 after
upgrading from 19.04 to 19.10 today.
I get a kernel panic on boot, before I'm asked to enter the passphrase
for my hard drive.
I obviously can't cut-and-paste the kernel panic text, but I took a
photo, attached.
