The debdiff you provided is still wrong:
1) you dropped some changes erroneously and without a good motivation:
1a: debian/dirs dropped
1b: .desktop file dropped
1c: Previous changelog's entries (Ubuntu ones) got dropped
2) you don't document the changes you made in the right way
3) writing "Merge from debian unstable" won't help the next merger finding the
remaining changes for the next revision/release round. (as per point 2, you
*should* document any remaining/new change in a better way)
