https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/torvalds/linux.git/commit/?id=0f0b7e1cc7abf8e1a8b301f2868379d611d05ae2 introduced another parameter "tsc=nowatchdog", which should have the same effect of the current work-around "tsc=reliable", but that's not meant to be and will not be the ultimate solution for this issue.
