Hello Joshua, or anyone else affected, Accepted virtualbox-ext-pack into disco-proposed. The package will build now and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/virtualbox- ext-pack/6.0.6-1ubuntu1.19.04.1 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.
