------- Comment From [email protected] 2019-09-18 05:15 EDT------- We are installing on "Power 8" system with daily build of "September 13, 2019".
We are not using samba to install OS ,we are directly copying ISO image to VIOS and mapping to VSCSI optical drive and initiating the installation, This is the normal way of installation we followed even on earlier Ubuntu levels(19.04,18.10,18.04 etc), we didn't had any issue there, Only with Ubuntu 19.10 with all ppc64le builds(daily builds that we got so-far), we are struggling, however amd64 builds are successful. The attachments we shared earlier are showing the steps where we are failing and the logs captured during the installation. Please do see the attachments and let us know the way to come out of this struggle. If needed we can have webex meeting to go through the installation. . ------- Comment From [email protected] 2019-09-26 09:27 EDT------- Ubuntu: We are installing on "Power 8" system with daily build of "September 13, 2019".
