Please check your network connection. It seems that binary was not
downloaded and installed on your machine.
But I have installed Dropbox today several times using simple `sudo apt
install caja-dropbox` without problems.
I have problem with `libdropbox_apex.so` but it is other problem known
as bug 1845876 .
