Hello Kai, I do not know what to think of your remark. These problems look close to each other but they are not the same machines.
And unlike the other ticket you quote, concerning me the kernel 4.15.0-58 is problematic on my laptop. Windows 10, everything works well. >From memory, it seems to me that with older kernels (spring 2019) it worked better. It was noisy when I put the 3.5mm jack in place (which is normal), but nothing problem once it was correctly plugged into the bottom. It was on Mint 19.1 but I do not know with which kernel. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1841485 Title: Unbearable whistling in headphones To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1841485/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
