Can you post your printer's PPD file
(/etc/cups/ppd/PHOTOSMART_1115.ppd)?
Can you also set your CUPS into debug mode (in system-config-printer
choose "Server Settings" on the left, then check the check box for the
debug mode, then click "Apply"), then print with Printout Mode set to
"Normal" and Quality set to "Controlled by 'Printout Mode'" and print a
file. After that post your /var/log/cups/error_log here.
