Public bug reported:

Hi. I have 2 SATA hard drives. Instead of installing kubuntu to the
master (sda1 sda2 etc) I tried to install it to the slave (sdb1 sdb2
etc). Everything worked fine, but when I got past the "Ready to
Install" stage, the program crashed. I tried the same setup with the
same partitions onto the same hard drive afterwards, but after
unplugging the master (so it was installed to sda instead of sdb) and it
did not crash.

Any other weird stuff I can think of: I was using a 100MB boot
partition. My swap partition size was 2GB. I didn't reformat my swap
partition, although it was formatted by the kubuntu installer about an
hour ago. The partition I was intending to be root was not a primary
partition.

I'll try to attach those 2 logfiles to this report after I submit it.
