Public bug reported:
The battery icon often remains unchanged as I plug and unplug my laptop.
Also, the low battery indication does not work at all.
"ACPI: [Firmware Bug]: BIOS _OSI(Linux) query ignored"
I feel this may have something to do with my inconsistent icon.
I'm running Lubuntu 19.04.

Title:
powel managment icon does not respond when computer is charging or not
charging. It seems to remain stuck on charging even after the cable is
removed. So the battery icon is inconsistant. Also, when changing
themes often the icon disappears and shows another icon instead, such
as the settings icon.
