Thanks for the report Bruce. Is this a regression compared to 19.04 or
previous supported releases (18.04, 16.04)?
Are there other applications that behave correctly in that regard?

Programs don't scale properly on 1366x768 monitor. On a dual monitor
setup, moving app from 1920x1080 monitor to 1366x768 monitor the left
2cm is missing because the window is too big. Tested with firefox and
also Rythmbox.
