When I install Xubuntu or Ubuntu Studio and select 'Chinese
(Traditional)' during installation, fcitx is installed automatically and
used as the default IME.

For a user looking for ready-to-use media production suite, Ubuntu
Studio is the most natural choice. (BTW, Ubuntu Kylin is targeted for
Mainland China which uses Simplified Chinese, instead of locales that
uses Traditional Chinese such as Hong Kong and Taiwan.)

And input method is the MOST BASIC feature of an OS; one shouldn't
REQUIRE an user to know the package name and run a command in a terminal
just to input his native language.
