I've done 2x installs using Xubuntu 19.10 (2019-10-12) http://iso.qa.ubuntu.com/qatracker/milestones/407/builds/201047/testcases/1451/results http://iso.qa.ubuntu.com/qatracker/milestones/407/builds/201047/testcases/1689/results I don't remember this bug report at all; but the "Install (entire disk with lvm and encryption) in Xubuntu Desktop amd64 in Eoan Daily" install done only a little while ago should satisfy the issue no longer applies.
