Public bug reported:
`linux-image-generic` depends on `linux-image-4.15.0-65-generic` and
`intel-microcode, amd64-microcode`
However, there is nothing that depends on `linux-image-
unsigned-4.15.0-65-generic` to pull in the microcode dependency. Perhaps
there should be a `linux-image-unsigned-generic` package or `linux-
image-unsigned-generic-hwe-18.04`
