Public bug reported:

I am running Ubuntu 18.04.3 LTS (on latest update while writing this post)
Linux kernel 5.0.0-31-generic
Cpu- i5 7200u
GPU nvidia geforce 940mx 2gb ddr5

Nvidia driver 435 proprieatry

sudo prime-select query shows intel as output but nvidia card is not turning
off as "powerstat -d 0"
is giving about 10 watt output, but if use bbswitch to turnoff nvidia card
manually output is around 5 watt and battery does not drains fast.

sudo tee /proc/acpi/bbswitch <<<OFF

This command works but i have to run it after every restart.

Is there any permanent solution?
