My result on an up-to-date Gnome gutsy (7.10) system agrees with that of Markus.
Still, I see the following diagnostics when I start gnome-hearts from the
command line:
(gnome-hearts:22480): Gnome-WARNING **: invalid gnome config path
'=/section/key'
(gnome-hearts:22480): GLib-GObject-WARNING **:
/build/buildd/glib2.0-2.14.1/gobject/gsignal.c:1019:
unable to lookup signal "show" of unloaded type `GtkMessageDialog'
(gnome-hearts:22480): GLib-GObject-CRITICAL **: g_signal_add_emission_hook:
assertion `signal_id > 0' failed
When I have a chance I'll debug it for my own developer curiosity.
It is a pity that Gnome and many of its applications (E.g. gnome-hearts)
provide little help
in plain English in addition to the tech details. What do non-programming
users do? (rhetorical).
