Public bug reported:
The Bochs package for Ubuntu doesn't include the debugger, which is one
of Bochs' main use within communities who use it. (ref:
http://wiki.cs.uiuc.edu/cs427/Bochs+Debugging+and+Instrumentation)
It'd be helpful to the majority of Bochs users if it was included
(--enable-debugger for configure).
