Public bug reported:
Yesterday I was unable to update *any* packages on my system, just
because *one* source sent a malformed package list. apt-get update gave:
E: Encountered a section with no Package: header
E: Problem with MergeList
/var/lib/apt/lists/adoptopenjdk.jfrog.io_adoptopenjdk_deb_dists_disco_main_binary-amd64_Packages
E: The package lists or status file could not be parsed or opened.
When this happens, apt should degrade gracefully by skipping just that
one package list, and continuing to process all the others, so that
unaffected packages can still be updated. Otherwise, we don't have the
resilient, fault-tolerant system that people expect when they choose
Ubuntu or Debian.
