It's just what I wrote above, but you can do it locally too if you have a local ssh server running: - open a terminal and do: cd; touch file - open an ssh connection to localhost just to register localhost's key, then close the connection - from Places / Connect to server, create an ssh connection to localhost - open that connection and see the file you created in your home - go to the terminal and do: rm file - from the Nautilus window connected to localhost via ssh drag the file to your desktop: nothing happens
