Since the link under #35 is dead, I assume the patch got merged into the
kernel at some point?

I'm still experiencing this issue with Linux 5.0.0-32-generic #34-Ubuntu
SMP Wed Oct 2 02:06:48 UTC 2019 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux on my XPS
13 9360.

I've tried upgrading to the QCA6174 firmware from
https://github.com/kvalo/ath10k-firmware/tree/master/QCA6174/hw3.0 as
well as installing TLP, assuming it had something to do with power
settings, but none of that seems to have had any effect.
