Public bug reported:
xubuntu pulls in light-locker-settings which depends on Python2. Ubuntu
20.04 LTS shouldn't have any images and meta packages depending on
Python2.
So either the light-locker-settings seed should be dropped, or light-
locker-settings should be fixed to use python3-psutil instead of python-
psutil.
