I was unable to reproduce this issue on my 18.04 system, libmstch-dev
installed without issues. Could you please attach the output of `apt
policy libmstch-dev` and `apt policy libboost-dev`?
Also, when reporting bugs in the future please use 'ubuntu-bug' and the
name of the package affected. This adds version numbers and additional
details which makes it easier to debug.
