Please try logging into both "Ubuntu" and "Ubuntu on Wayland". Do they
both have the bug?
Please also plug the monitor in to reproduce the bug and then
immediately run these commands and send us the resulting files:
journalctl -b0 > journal.txt
xrandr > xrandr.txt
