hp 8200 elite sff (i5-2400, 8gb, nvidia quadro 600) purpose of this test is to start looking for old bugs & confirm focal impacted; these bugs are old & upstream issues and will impact very few end-users (impact me thus why chased) boot up; adjust displays to match my setup (default-right display is below other display) .. on lower display (as i adjust matching my setup) maximized windows go full width but only use 1/8th of vertical part of screen; this again is an upstream issue - https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/lxqt-session/+bug/1809201
