I used my Pulse Secure (PulseSecure)[A VPN login tool] successfully a
couple of days ago without any issues. Since then I've upgraded to
Ubuntu 19.10 and now Pulse Secure no longer works.
I've tried to troubleshoot the issue myself and the only thing I've been able
to determine is that there is a library called
libgnome-keyring.so.0 that is linked to a library called libgnome-keyring.so
but that it "cannot open the shared object".
I was able to determine this by looking at the syslog file in the
/var/log/ directory.
