Thanks for interests. I tried connect to monitor via windows 10 and works properly but Ubuntu 19.10 did not recognize and give PKCS#7 error (also many different solution tries and errors). After that reinstall Ubuntu 18.04 with disabled secure boot and update drivers, Ubuntu finally recognize HDMI (before xrandr does not show HDMI-0). I do not know what exact issue but fixed it.
