Lubuntu 20.04 QA-test  (from QA-test comments)
dell [optiplex] 780 (c2q-q9400, 8gb, amd/ati cedar radeon hd 
5000/6000/7350/8350)

check install media; boot, adjust displays to match my setup (swap left-right, 
my right is portrait-left tilted, my-left display is primary, top of displays 
are level, so portrait-right-tilted extends lower than landscape-left display)
add panel to each display has panel at bottom, populate with menu, desktops, 
volume & clock
generic play - menu now opens (landscape-menu) as if bottom-of-display panel is 
same height as the other screen, or near 9cm above panel -
