** Description changed:

adept & other kde applications that are run using "kdesudo" will ignore my
customized kde and use kubuntu's default settings (kubuntu 7.10)
- the behaviour change happened after recent updates with strange error - "sudo
dpkg --configure -a" was necessary to correct the problem (I did choose an
answer "N"):
-
- sudo dpkg --configure -a
- Paki libqt3-mt (3:3.3.8really3.3.7-0ubuntu11.1) paikasättimine ...
-
- Seadistusfail `/etc/qt3/qt_plugins_3.3rc'
- ==> Süsteemis olev fail on loodud Sinu poolt või mõne skripti poolt.
- ==> Samuti on fail olemas pakis, pakendatud paki haldaja poolt.
- Mida sa soovid sellega peale hakata? Valikud on:
- Y või I : paki haldaja versiooni paigaldamine
- N või O : hetkel paigaldatud versiooni säilitamine
- D : versioonidevaheliste erinevuste näitamine
- Z : olukorra uurimiseks selle protsessi taustalesaatmine
- Vaikimisi toiming on praeguse versiooni säilitamine.
- *** qt_plugins_3.3rc (Y/I/N/O/D/Z) [vaikimisi=N] ?
+ I did a complete reinstall - now applying updates but skipping libqt3-mt
package update - the problem seems to be in some other package update, because
the bug still appeared
