This seems to have been fixed now. After an update to some library, this now installs as it should.
I uninstalled the package with sudo apt purge r8168-dkms to get the networking working again, (sound was not working 100% or I would have just kept the Kernel drivers and been on my way), and updating everything to the latest I saw that there was a package pertaining dkms that was updated, and now this package is able to be installed again. Have a good day. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1849358 Title: package r8168-dkms 8.047.02-1 failed to install/upgrade: podproces zainstalowany pakiet r8168-dkms post-installation return code 10 on upgrade to 19.10 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/r8168/+bug/1849358/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
