Public bug reported:

I just placed Ubuntu 18.04 LTS on my HP Pro Book 6475b to dual boot with
My previous Windows 10 1903 OS on this computer. However every time I
switch from Ubuntu back to Windows it changes the Time in Windows to
like 5 hours ahead. I have checked everywhere time is dealt with and
find no settings issues on either OS. PLease any information you may
need to help me with suggestions.
