Public bug reported:
I just installed clean Ubuntu Budgie 19.10 and I noticed some applications like
VLC, Virtuabox... start really slow.
When you click on the application icon, it starts and appear on the plank dock,
then it stays there a few seconds and then disappear again, after passing a few
second then the application open.
Usually it takes between 10-30 seconds.
After reporting to Ubuntu Bugie forum, one of the team member "fossfreedom"
recommended that we could remove the qt5-gtk2-platformtheme, then the issue
will be solved. I followed his recommendation and it solved the issue.
