Public bug reported:
The CMake configuration files shipped with libceres-dev specify the
imported build configuration as "none":
/usr/lib/cmake/Ceres/CeresTargets-none.cmake
In Bionic, it had the standard configuration name "release". Is "none" a
proper configuration name?
