The problem happens *only* on Logitech M185 mouse. Did not observe it with other mice. When bug happens touchpad on Dell XPS 13 (2019) stops working in the same fashion Left mouse button gets stuck in the "clicked" state. Everything else, including scroll and right button works. The only remedies are reboot or Ctrl+Alt+F7, followed by switching back.
